The room we booked was nicely styled and impeccably clean, with 2 double beds and a kitchen. the location was conveniently close to everything and the staff here was understanding and very nice.

It was right where we needed to be. Clean and comfortable room for a good price.

At no time was anyone at the front desk. I had to call someone to come check us in and out. Phone to call the front desk after hours was out of order.

The rooms had a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and a refrigerator, which was a big plus. The staff was fairly friendly. The room was stylish and a decent size. The location was particularly good for us, close to eateries and bars. There were department stores and convenience stores around the hotel.

I always try to book a room at this location when my son has an appointment at Cooks Children's Hospital.

Half of the property was shut down do to remodel.

The hotel sits right on Trinity River. Great for walking the river trails!

The hotel is in the process of remodeling, and as a result, there is very limited parking, and there is a lot of construction noise during the day.

Had a really chill time during my business trip. This spot was in the perfect location, super close to downtown. Plus, there was a restaurant not too far away from here! 🍽️

The staff was very nice and it was a very nice quiet location. Grounds were clean.

The room was very worn and some things were not very clean. I was supposed to have a non-smoking room , it reeked of cigarette smoke and they nicely provided an ashtray. My reservation through your site was for a non-smoking room, by the way. The thermostat didn't work properly. The microwave looked like it had been obtained from Goodwill. The blanket looked like it had cigarette ash burns on it. Not even the most basic things needed to utilize the kitchen were provided, everything had to be requested. The fridge made a horrible noise, it did stop when you hit it though. Wi-Fi was not accessible.

Enjoyed the room setup compared to other ESA properties where I've stayed. Cute cabinets and an interesting arrangement.

Kind of off the beaten path and it doesn't have bright lighting. It might be more likely to have problems with thieves at night.

Cozy room with a trendy design featuring a comfy couch and spacious queen bed. Loved having AC to keep the room cool. The microwave, coffee maker, and fridge were convenient perks. The location was awesome, with everything nearby! 🌟

The location is relatively close to shopping, zoo, botanical gardens and TCU and on the river however it is right at the bottom of a massive new parking structure that is lit up all night and casts a shadow on the building during the day.

The manager and district manager lied to us and tried to tell us the night before we arrived that corporate had suddenly taken our room out for redecorating and we would have to go to another hotel. We called Booked.net and they were awesome and got the problem resolved. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk said there was not any remodeling scheduled and we never saw any workmen. The people we were traveling with had requested a no smoking room and their room reeked of cigarette smoke and the hotel did nothing for them.
